Sanchi Chandna

Sanchi Chandna is an education practitioner with over 10 years of experience designing and leading contextual, relational, and systems-driven learning programs across India, Sierra Leone and Armenia.

At Kizazi, she supports the whole child–whole school development through program design, facilitation, communications, and strategy.

Previously she led Kizazi’s programs in India and Armenia, directly impacting 2,500+ children and supporting over 20,000 schools through system-level adoption.

Her commitment to community-led, care-focused approach is shaped by years of deep grassroots engagement, including her time living at the historic Sabarmati Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad, where she managed residential schools for over 900 students, leading Manzil, an after school learning center for young people, and setting up schools in brothels of New Delhi through Kat-Katha.

Prior to Kizazi she was Team Lead at Rebuild India Fund-Dasra and State Program Manager at Reach to Teach.
